What about licenses already issued if we start mid-season?
Import from your current Excel in 10 minutes. Issue and expiry dates are preserved. Athletes don’t notice a thing.
How long does it take clubs to learn?
Real answer from pilot clubs: 3–5 minutes. Easier than a tax form. In-app videos (< 2 min) for any doubts.
Can we customize with federation colors and logo?
From Professional plan: primary colors, logo in emails, PDF card with your brand. In Enterprise, full white-label (including domain).
Does it work on mobile and tablet?
Yes, fully responsive. Many club secretaries use mobile to issue licenses at the venue.
Migration
Can we migrate our Excel without re-entering data?
Yes. Send the file and we schedule a custom import. 0€ extra, first year included in any plan.
What if we grow from 500 to 2,000 licenses?
Plan upgrade is one-click from your account. Difference is prorated. Downgrade also possible at yearly renewal.
Pricing & billing
If we cancel, do we lose data?
No. Cancel and you have 90 days to export everything in CSV/Excel/JSON. Then we delete (GDPR). We want you to leave if not happy, not keep hostages.

Security & data
How do you handle GDPR with minors’ data?
Everything encrypted (at-rest and in-transit). EU servers (Germany). Guardian consent required in the form. DPA available if needed. No data mining, no third-party sales.
Integrations
Do you integrate with Sage, Contasol or other accounting software?
One-click CSV export compatible with Sage and Contasol. Native Holded and Quipu integration in development (Q3 2026). For Stripe/Redsys, automatic reconciliation.
