These terms govern the use of LicenceSoft. By creating an account, you accept them.
2. Service description
LicenceSoft is a SaaS platform for sports federation license management. The service is provided "as is" without 100% uptime guarantees.
3. Accounts and access
You must keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
4. Plans and billing
- Monthly or yearly billing depending on the chosen plan.
- Plans can be changed anytime.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.
- No refunds for already-billed periods.
5. Acceptable use
Using the service for illegal activities, spam or violating third-party rights is not allowed.
6. Intellectual property
LicenceSoft code, design and brand are our property. Your data is and remains yours.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months prior to any claim.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' email notice.
9. Governing law
Spanish law applies. Jurisdiction: Barcelona courts.
