1. Data controller

LicenceSoft (hereinafter, "we") is the controller of the data collected via licencesoft.pro and app.licencesoft.pro.

2. Data we collect

Contact data: name, email, phone, federation or club.
Sports management data: athlete full name, birthdate, ID (if entered), discipline, grade and photo (optional).
Minors' data: legal guardian consent is mandatory.
Technical data: IP, user-agent, security access logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Service provision: contract execution (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Operational communications: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
Marketing: explicit consent, revocable at any time.

4. Retention

Data is retained while the client keeps an active service. After cancellation, you have 90 days to export your data before full deletion per GDPR.

5. Data sharing

Technical providers (EU hosting, Stripe/Redsys payment processors) with signed data processing agreements.
Competent authorities if legally required.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Servers located in the European Union (Germany). Daily backups.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing support@licencesoft.pro. You can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We'll publish any changes on this page and notify material changes by email.
